Take this opportunity to join in on what may be a life-changing experience and learn about:

 Intro to Top 20: By becoming aware of their thinking, adults and students can make better choices and prevent the development of negative mental habits. This session will help you be aware when thinking is working in your best interest and when it is not, the conditions that invite your thinking to go "below the line", how you can know when your thinking is not working and ways you can get your thinking back "above the line".

Creating a Top 20 Culture: The culture of a school has a powerful impact on the experience and potential of adults and students. This session will focus on two ways that negative energy seeps into our culture and four components that establish a positive culture in which potential explodes.

How'd Ya Do?   The outcomes expected in school are often learning content and skills and achieving good grades. However, if our focus is limited to these results, our students will miss several life enriching benefits available to them in school. This session will present eight additional outcomes students can attain during their school experience.

Roadblock to Success: I am Stupid Many students experience feeling stupid in school. Based on research from students, this presentation focuses on: reactions from students when they feel stupid, five experiences in school that cause students to feel stupid, and ways teachers and students can reduce the negative impact stupid has on young people.

• One parent from each Valle family is expected to attend.

• Students should return parent slips to their homeroom teacher.

• Parishioners may return their slips to the parish center or school office. 

• Slips will be entered into a drawing for attendance prizes-must be present to win!
