Mrs. Wood’s kindergarten class cleaned out a pumpkin in October. We had 154 seeds. We cleaned, roasted and ate most of the seeds.
In mid April we planted the rest of the seeds and now our seeds are sprouts!
Grandma “Tex” said we should put them in the ground on Father’s Day. This will assure that we have pumpkins for Halloween.
The pumpkin life cycle continues!
