Tooth Wizard & Tooth Fairy with Eli Wehner and Brooklyn Brewster.

Paula Rose, from the Ste. Genevieve County Health Department, visited Valle Catholic Preschool recently to mark National Children’s Dental Health Month.

Paula talked to the students about how to keep their teeth healthy and clean. She brought in models of teeth and toothbrushes to teach the students how to brush stressed the importance of brushing at least 2 times a day for 3 minutes each time. She spoke to them about what foods and drinks are good for their teeth.

Developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits helps children to get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.
