Valle mom Mass Trey (640x427)
Lydia Klump and Parker Esparza recited this blessing for their moms/grandmas/guests:

We ask Jesus to shower many blessings on all the moms in the world.  By giving Jesus such a gentle and kind person as Mary to care for Him, it tells us how important God thought mothers were.

Bless my mom’s eyes that she may see all the love around her. Bless my mom’s lips that she may speak only words of truth and wisdom.  Bless my mom’s ears that she will listen to God’s holy words. Bless my mom’s feet that she will not tire of serving her family. Bless my mom’s hands that she will touch with kindness everyone she meets. Bless my moms thoughts that she will think happy thoughts …and bless my mom’s patience that she will always be patient with me.

Altar Servers were Drew Metzger, Ashlyn Klump, and Reese Metzger.  Before leaving for VHS Field Day, the Senior Choir and Al Keiser provided the music.
Following the Mass Dr. Gilligan acknowledged the long service of the Valle retirees and thanked them for their steadfast commitment and tireless dedication to Valle and all it represents.   These retirees are Ms. Sara Menard, Mrs. Mary Boyer, Mrs. Jackie Uding, Mrs. Mary Okenfuss, and Deacon John Meere.
